Re: ph
All That lemon juice worked!
Way cool to see all your responses doc. I'm responding to your first one but I mainly came back online to let everybody know that I am way over 100 percent better... probably 150%.
I think I passed a hell of a lot of
kidney stones and even now I've taken to squeezing lemons in everything and when I'm not at home I some how manage to drink about a
quart of real-lemon a day. I have always liked lemons and used to get in trouble for drinking all the real-lemon all the time when I was a kid. After the fast I now have a much better diet. I quit drinking coffee... sort of... I have a one
oz cup and swish in my mouth for the taste and aroma black for the taste and usually drink less than half before it gets cold and I have to dump it out. I started running to help shake out the stones. I'm 46 and I feel like I could beat my best time of 5:33 for running a mile in high school. I been eating mostly rice and vegetables at home and dried peas and fruits on the run. Sometimes I take a half dozen raw eggs for a boost and cayenne is still my favorite spice.
I agree the mental part is important but most people from the posts I see on this forum have got that down pretty good already or they wouldn't even be here. I just read the rest of the posts and they look like they were maybe pasted from another thread and I agree... THOUGH ALKALINE IS GOOD IT'S MORE THAN A SIMPLE MATTER OF BALANCING PH and no stupid 8.3 water or whatever sounds like it's even good for you in my opinion.
ISN'T IT THE ASH that remains after your body burns it and not the ph of whatever you are drinking anyway that's important? Otherwise the PH of the Lemon juice would be very acid and bad for you I think so I wouldn't worry about ph of water too much or go nuts on alkaline water.
I lost a lot of weight. Mainly from my stomach. Since the fast I now crave lemon juice the way I craved oils and fat before the fast. I been baking pop corn in the oven and misting it with water to get natural salt and spirulina to stick to it.
I continue to take my chlorella and have been throwing around beams at work by hand that I would normally use a tractor on.
I ordered a 5 pound bag of spirulina flakes from a place that sells them for fish food for 45 dollars plus shipping. I think you can use google to find the link if interested. I found some spirulina flakes in a health food store and couldn't find them online in bulk for humans... I am tired of the powdered spirulina and look forward to my five pound bag of flakes. The health food store only had a few
ounces and they were so good I could eat them plain. I will continue to use the chlorella in powder and take it in lemon juice as more of a supplement. I consider spirulina to be more of a food.
I will probably be reading and posting on some of the spiritual and meditation forums here still but I don't think you will be seeing me on the
kidney stone forum anymore... take care to all that read this
