Re: ph

Hi: Raymond

Sorry will get more ready on ph The better half has been keeping me busy.

For your case 6.2 is a little too low for an average all alkaline foods and the product you take help to raise ph's but remember calcium is the major mineral to neutralize acids in our bodies and calcium intake is the major concern today. There are many types of calciums on the market; which to use? coral, citrate, malate, gluconate, lactate, carbonate, phosphate, mchc etc.
In your case if your kidney stones were oxalate use citrate/malate and the dietary sources to provide the rest of the calciums.
Will look at the products you mentioned and get back to you.
