While I was making my lemon juice for my fast I got a craving to eat the pulp. It felt good and instead of making lemonade I just drank the juice down. I felt warm but didn't burn so I did a total of five lemons and that seems to have hit the spot. I don't know why I am craving this much citrus but I'm going to go with it. Though I haven't had cravings for solid food yet I'm going to break my fast the next time I get hungry. My focus on my diet will be to monitor my PH and see how it relates to the way I feel. I never paid attention to PH and only started testing a few days ago but I got a hunch that it is the missing link that I have been looking for and need to pay attention to in order to stay healthy.

I would also like to find some websites on cooking and preparing these foods on a diet that's easy to stay on as well as prepare and afford.
