Ah, I see, sorry, I didn't remember that, and I have limited internet access at the moment, so find it hard to look things up.

A couple of people have been talking about vitamixes lately, I wonder if one of those would help if the fast doesn't?

Also maybe it's worth joining Dr F's website for a month, just to ask him a few Qs. Or even ring his office and ask, they may suggest something on the phone.
