but i am talking about RAW milk, in fact, i sometimes drink organic raw goats milk. i think at least when it comes to vitamin b12 (which i completely ignored as a raw foodist/fruitarian) we need animal products (except when you live in india, for example, and i am not that sure i should believe this theory with dirt on foods). i read of folks who live somewhere in the woods, vegan, and all three months, they go to the sea to get some animal protein (fish, shells). the interviewer asked them why, and they said if they wouldnt, their babies would die. i can get the link somehow if u want.

i mean all these studies that you are referring to, are linked to pasteurized, homogenized milk, right? would love to see a study with raw milk. by the way, i read another article, which stated that calfs who where fed on milk from the supermarket, instead of the raw milk from the mother, died within two weeks. in my opinion there must be a big difference between the two.

i know in my times as a raw foodist, i read about a raw food guru (dont remember his name, maybe someone else knows???) that also tried to live on raw vegan foods only, but after some years, he realized to get serious problems, and he reintroduced milk products, and he was fine.

i will take a short look, if i can find out his name, i think in the raw food/healthy eating movement, he is/was very famous (he´s already dead if i remember right).
