Re: Milk, raw -v- pasteurized and a bit of a ramble

thanks, in fact all those healthy foods, is wasted money for me. because i cannot digest them, well i cannot digest anything. i wrote some time ago a thread about it here i mean, and your advice was going to the doctor.

i thought to myself, if a 20 day fast cannot cure it, i´ll visit an md, like you said. but i think i have started about 5 fasting attempts in the last 2 months. 6 days was the longest (broke it this friday, because i couldnt tolerate it anymore). everytime i fasted past 4 days, the first bowel movement looked normal (digested) then i got diarrhea and everything was back where it was before, and it doesnt digest. i have to find a solution where i can give the body some nutrients, and give the digestive organs some rest, to heal. i know, fasting is to consume nothing but water. and in my opinion, why should a doc help me more with a digestive problem than a fast does? i think a fast is the only thing that can reset all digestive organs, when its long enough.

but i dunno why i cant fast past 6 days, maybe it is because i have to go to school everyday. i nearly fall asleep in class, cant barely walk to school. is that normal during a fast? i have no headaches or something, just that i notice that my stomach and digestive organs hurt a little bit, and feel totally empty. i would like to lay in bed all day long, but i cant, if you think about food all the time, and count the minutes, thats like hell. i cant even do my homework or something.

maybe someone can give me some advice ...

greetings
