Once you start refeeding, if you do it correctly, you end up with about a pound a day of weight loss. If you do it incorrectly, you could easily gain back most of what you lost. On my first fast of 21 days, I lost about 28 lbs. if I remember correctly and gained back about 9 or 10, so overall I ended up losing about a pound a day, which seems to be what a lot of other people say as well.
