I agree the mind and body need to work together. Stress and frustration only goes to aggrevate Candida and its fairly well documented this has a direct biochemical affect on your adrenals and therefore promoting adrenal fatigue. No doubt other organs are involved as well.
NLP, CBT, meditation and hypnotherapy are all useful methods. Staying positive without forcing it is only going to be beneficial. After all, thousands of people have recovered from Candida so why can't you?
