I'm starting to understand this myself now...I've never made the mental connection even though mental stress was one of the main causes of my CFS. When I feel bad, I'm constantly saying myself "I'll never get better..." How can I learn to be positive when I feel so bad all of the time? I've started reading about the power of positive thinking and the subconscious, etc but have not put it into action yet. I'm glad you raised this here because I think its huge....any good tips on how to implement are appreciated.
