- Ok, now I'm getting an understanding of when to do the Cold Sheet treatment, the Water Fast and the Big Liver flush. I understand that the Water Fast is very simple: Just drink water for one day, nothing else. Is the amount of water just the regular amount (that I drink the other days) or somewhat different?
