mary, be aware that everyone will tell you something different based on what they are going through. do what you feel is right. if you are like me then you are already having 1-2 bowel movements a day. I have no problem with having movements, they are just not always hard and solid and my ass still stinks.

also, how can one expect to have their digestive system in order if they have parasites? it's not gonna happen. if you have parasites then they have to be killed because they are most likely causing all kinds of digestive problems.
