What kind of ADL management evaluation has been done? What can/can't he do for himself? How compliant is he to performing regular hygeine? (His skin appears to be neglected, with the possibility of bacterial/fungal infections) How much physical activity is he able to perform? (He needs to physicaly MOVE AROUND to assist the drainage and promote healing) How regulated is his diet? What health/living assistance does he regularly receive from others?
