Help to find the cure for this, please!

hello, I am asking for any help to find a cure for this case, here are 3 pictures:










Greg is disabled person, no doctor can help him. His legs are in horrible state, very swollen, blueish skin color, advanced skin infection, smelly liquid is leeking in few places. Greg is very overweight and have some other health issues (anemia, some mental issues). Doctor diagnosed as lympadenitis, not able to help. Antibiotics (external/internal) seem not to work. He may end up with both his legs being amputaded pretty soon.
Any ideas? Please help.
