Re: enemas & supplements

I think you're doing GREAT! But cut back on the coffee enema - it's hard on the adrenals. I recommend one coffee enema at the beginning of a series of enemas, and then plain water/salt. :) One coffee enema a week at the very most. :)

What you want to do most of all is a multiple-bag enema, that is, getting in as much water as possible so it goes up the entire transverse colon. That takes about two-four pints of water at least! :) Otherwise, you're just cleaning the part of the colon nearest the rectum, over and over.

Enemas don't deplete electrolytes, and using Sea Salt will help replenish them. The enema will help take out the unhealthy part of the protective mucous layer that is preventing the colon from fully absorbing minerals/electrolytes. Just be sure to start supplementing with probiotics (Primal Defense) after about 2 weeks of cleansing and you'll be fine. :)

Have fun with that juicer! let me know when you get it and I'll give you a great recipe - yum yum! :)
