enemas & supplements

Hi, Shelleycat. I'm doing a psyllium & Bentonite cleanse and have just learned how to do enemas to support it. The daily enema keeps my headaches at bay, and the coffee enema really makes me feel energized. However... I was wondering if I'm depleting my electrolytes with a daily enema. I mostly use celtic Sea Salt (thanks to your recommendation in another post, 1 tsp. per quart) daily, and a coffee enema (following the saline) a few times a week.

Should I be worried about electrolytes? If so, what should I take? I don't have a juicer yet... just won one off Ebay last night, but it will probably take 2 weeks to get here. But I'll still be cleansing. I'm on day 4 of 30.
