Re: Coffee enemas? pleas help

Drinking coffee is not great - no health benefits. If it doesn't bother you and you don't have serious health issues and you want to keep drinking it, just be moderate, as in no more than 1 cup a day.

coffee enemas are an entirely different thing. The acidity of the coffee is being put to good use by dissolving the mucus in the colon - assuming you have any. I haven't bothered to do any because while they do encourage the liver to flush, they are also hard on the adrenals, and if you want healthy hormones and moods, don't stress the adrenals! :) So only do a coffee enema if you have serious bowel issues.

Best way to clean the liver is by cleaning up the diet, flushing, and taking liver-supporting supplements. This includes plain water/salt enemas, as after you flush, that releases a lot of toxins and stones that have to be taken out right away. Otherwise, the bile just goes right back to the liver and the stones can get stuck in your colon.
