I just called him and spoke to his paralegal. His Firm is located in Kansas. He is out of town until Monday. She told me they are working on gathering information on those who believe to be affected by the Mirena. They are planning on doing a multi district litigation. I am not up on all of this legal jumbo so please forgive me. I asked if that was the same as a class action suit, and she told me it is more along the lines of individual cases unless the evidence is so clear. Then they would more than likely just settle. She said it would be against the maker/manufacturer, not the Drs. and Health Professionals. She is supposed to get back with me after he returns and speaks with him about this. I asked her if it was okay to post his # and she said it is fine. I feel, the more the merrier. I think I'm in!!! What the heck. There's nothing to lose. It will be done on a contingent basis. We'll see. I will keep all posted on any info I find and please consider jumping on the bandwagon. Maybe this is our chance to be heard. Good luck and well wishes to everyone who is and has suffered.
