How are you doing? . I am giving 1/2 tsp of balck seed oil to both my son . I mix oil in milk for my 1 yr old and for my older 6 yrs old mixing in honey or sometimes in juices . Can I give them more than 1/2 tsp ? Is there any side effects ?
