SARA,

I started my both son on black seed oil. I am giving them 1/2 tsp before breakfast once in a day and I feel there is decrease in an appetite in both of them . My both son are underweight and younger son is very small in height also .
He will not sleep throughtout night , wakes up after every 2-3 hrs so I am just hoping giving him black seed oil will fix his problems .

Please guide me what to do .
