Makes sense, but what about hot Sake? I think the alcohol dissipates if boiled, where as if it's warmed up before boiling point it still holds. I'm more concerned about the herbs' quality being diminished or not. I'm sure it also depends on the herbs, I'll just keep my tea warm and not super hot when applying. :) Tweet
