Dumb question on dropperful

Yes I know there are no dumb questions but this may be the exception. Whenever I use dropper bottles I can never get it to fill much more than half the length of the glass tube. No matter how I angle it or how many times I squeeze the rubber end. So my question is a "dropperful" considered to be the entire tube filled??? It is quite possible I am dropper challenged :)) Tweet
