When I chop the garlic, I definitely see the undigested pieces when they come out...chop it as finely as you can. Or double the amount of cloves and use a garlic press (you need to double the amount of cloves to make up for all that is left in the garlic press)
If you can find one of the 'garlic twisters', they are FANTASTIC.
Even when chopping by hand, the garlic has been VERY effective for me.
One can even make a garlic paste and apply it to the soles of the feet...within SECONDS you will taste it in your mouth!
