I put 12 cloves in my blender with water, so that I basically had garlic juice. I took a few sips and immediately felt really sick, like I had to vomit. - But I didn't. I took several sips of pure water and quickly felt much better.
Waht did I do wrong? I guess I ingested too much garlic in a very short period of time, which was too harsh for my stomach.
Pobably next time I should ingest less and spread my glass of 12 cloves over a few hours. Or how do you people,that take more or less the same amount (12 cloves) eat/drink those.Not all at once, right? You take your time with this, don't you?
