Lately I've been cutting the cloves in small pieces and then just swallow it with a gulp of water. - You know the way you take supplements. This works very good for me. Do you think this will also be an effective way to take garlic (in terms of absorption, since the pieces are bigger compared to when chewing the garlic)?
