Need Advice, About to do a HC Flush (while on IP?)

The past few days has been a roller coaster ride for me. I did a coffee enema this morning, 10 mins into the enema, I started weeping, before I knew it I was burst into tears and couldn’t stop crying for the next 20 mins! (The Coffee-Enema released some emotion, I take that as a +ve step!)... To spare you the details, just when I thought I finally got a grip of things I finally realized I’ve mistaken a liver, gallbladder problem for stomach issues for the past 10+yrs! During the past 10 days of juice fast, some of the symptoms escalated, possibly triggered by cayenne in #IF which I’ve yet to acclimate to. I’m in desperate need of a BIG flush. I’m planning to do the HC Liver Flush this Friday night (new moon), unless someone convince me otherwise? For the next 2 (1.5?) days, I’ll…

-Stop all IF#1 (the coffee enemas should take care of the constipation, and keep the bowel going)
-1 tsp of IF#2 twice per day (up to 5 times if I can, no appetite)
-Juice 2-4 cups of apple per day
-Do 2-3 coffee enemas per day
-Castor Oil Pack during coffee enema, and for another 30min before bed
-1 cup liver tea per day

I’ll supplement with carrot juice, garlic, ginger and superfood whenever possible. I also have a bunch of tinctures…

-Kidney tincture
-Liver/ parasite tincture (before coffee enema)
-Blood Detox tincture (contains Cayenne, Skip???)
-Black Walnut Hull tincture (take to zap more parasite???)
-Echinacea tincture

I take them all 3-5 times a day. I take the kidney tincture as a pre-caution since I had symptoms of a bladder/kidney infection few weeks ago. No kidney tea at this point because I’m taking the liver tea.

Should I skip the Blood Detox tincture since it contains cayenne?

Should I take the Black-Walnut Hull tincture (got it for bladder infection) since I’m already taking the liver/ parasite tincture?

On the day of the flush, do I continue doing all of the above until couple of hours prior to the 2 doses of ES and the oil and citrus concoction? Or, should I stop all the herbs and tinctures the day before as instructed by the HC flush?

This is my 1st flush, so I’m quite nervous. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
