I don't like to overwhelm my system, so I usually do one cleanse at a time, unless I know for sure they complliment each other.

Humaworm is designed to work by it's self. A person can over-do it easily. Some people think herbs are safe in any amount, but they are strong stuff... otherwise they wouldn't kill parasites. I wouldn't do anything else but use Humaworm.
