would you recommend Oregono Oil? It's expensive. How much do you take? well, it seems as though candida and parasites go together side by side. I may do a search on that. In any case, do you have any other symtoms besides the candida? I'd consider yourself lucky to not go through what I have been going through on a nightly basis.
I never get a good nights sleep and the anti-itch things that people have suggested on here haven't even worked for me. I tried making my own capsules, still itched. Tried castor oil, still itched, garlic capsule inserted works ok, but temporarily, not a full night. Anyway, it's night time toruture. I'd suggest you just go on a parasite cleanse.
