Thyroid and my stubborn parasites

I recently had a health breakthrough when a alternative health care provider here in London gave me Barnes thyroid temperature test form to fill in and tested hair samples I sent and I clearly have hypothyroidism. Also according to his hair analysis tests shows I have parasites which is affecting my thyroid function. After 5 weeks no joy with the Wormwood , ionic silver and cramp bark medication I need some serious help.

I feel awful, I have never been this fat or tired in my life and I'm constantly irritable and have 100's of other symptoms which are driving me up the wall.

Has anyone else had any success with treating their parasites which affected their thyroid? For completion, I tried Humaworm twice, have a ultimate zapper and I'm expecting a terminator 2 zapper any day now. I also smell of garlic 24/7 in my efforts to kill whatever is causing this. I also have a $10 zapper and I can feel it "upsets" the parasites as my skin start to crawl after using it for a few minutes.
