Re: Endocrinologist consult is needed

I hear what you are saying. I don't mean to be negative towards modern medicine and today's doctors, however I realise all of my GP's are completely incompetent when it comes to certain deseases. I had these symptoms on and off for over 8 on 9 years. My health had gradually deteriorated to where I am now.

My original GP diagnosed anxiety with the help of a specialist, and straight away put me on anti-depressants. Was on Seroxat for over a year with no real effect. Treat the symptoms, not the cause is the modern medicine's motto.

My problem lies in that I'm going to have to seriously convince my GP to let me go see a endocrinologist, that is if he decided it is what I need as he likes to get people in and out of his office as soon as possible.

I'm being negative, let's hope he does let me go. Thanks for your help guys. Tweet
