Re: Supporting the body in iodine detox & depression.

Thank you so much, hopeblossom, for your kind words. Praise God that you were baptized! May He who began a good work in you bring it to completion!
It seems that more than one practicioner doesn't alert patients about what they might expect with Iodine detox. I am very tired at this point. The muscle palpitations have diminished somewhat from a few days ago, but the anxiety comes and goes. I am trying to work just the minimum amount of Iodine back into the diet and forcing myself to eat to stay nurished. Drinking a lot of water. Doing salt flushes 1-4 times a day. I ordered the B and C Vitamins from RawGuru, but I'm not reaching the suppliment recommended dosages listed in the FAQ of this forum. I hope that doesn't mean that toxins aren't leaving my body. None of the practicioners I've talked to in the last three days have even mentioned the need for certain amounts of certain vitamins/minerals. "Just drink a lot of water and try to eat right..." Been sweating a lot at night...I'm taking it that is good. I have been taking a 15 min Epsom Salt bath about once per week. I am so angry at those manufacturers that bromate our bread!
