No recent injuries. I have tweaked my neck and I've also had problems with my left shoulder in the past. I'm doing mostly compound exercises like squats, deadlift, pull-ups, etc. and so far my left shoulder hasn't given me any problems. Straigt Bar bench press gives me the most problem with my left shoulder so I just use dumbbells instead. I've got to be real careful with Military Press because that's what I was doing when I injured my neck. It also seems to be the one exercise my shoulders don't like.
I did my final total body workout today. I'm not going to the gym for two weeks. I'm going to hit my rebounder at home to keep my lymph system working but that's all I'm going to do.
