Sounds to me like a clear case of over training. It's really easy too for those of us who deal with immune issues such as Candida. Those of us with immune-system impairments don't recover as quickly as others without such conditions, so we can exhaust our bodies more easily. I've over-trained numerous times but giving my body a week or two to reset always brought me back to good as new. If I were you I'd stop exercising for a couple weeks then see if you still need to go to the doctor.
