Re: I get bloated after I eat! PLEASE HELP!!

Most multiples are very low in zinc, Usually 10mg or less for a daily dose. So this would be a good one to take as a supplement so you can make sure you are getting enough zinc.

B vitamins I prefer from a herb or food. Brown rice, seaweeds, and nutritional yeast are all good sources.

Juniper berry and yucca will be easiest to take in capsules. Neither tastes very good. Or if you are good at taking powdered herbs I take mine by putting them under my tongue, taking a big mouth of water, swish and swallow. Quick, easy, and less of a mess. Powders are also much more economical and provide the insoluble compounds, like fibers, that you will not get in a tincture or tea. Teas are also a drawback due to the heat, which can vaporize beneficial essential oils and damage heat sensitive compounds. So capsules or powder is the best.

Recommended dose is 2 capsules(generally come in size '0') of yucca root (not the stem) and 1 capsule of juniper berry right before each meal. Or if you use the powders 1/4 teaspoon of the yucca root and 1/8 teaspoon of the juniper berry.

Another supplement that is really helpful is trimethylglycine (TMG) derived from beet leaves. It is a little hard to find though. It is very safe and inexpensive and does a lot of wonderous things for the body. Some health food stores carry it or it can be found on line.
