Candida cannot be eliminated only controlled. Candida is a normal part of the body so you are never going to totally eliminate it. Normally the immune system keeps it in check though, primarily through acids produced by the beneficial flora. This keeps it in its safer yeast form. Candida albicans though is known as a dimorphic microbe though. Basically this means it can exist in two forms. In this case a yeast or a fungus (hyphal form). It does not become a problem unless it converts in to its fungal form due to being present in an alkaline environment. The alkalinity actually does two things. It turns on the growth gene, which is turned off by an acidic environment, and it converts the Candida from its yeast form to its aggressive and pathogenic fungal form. In this fungal form the Candida forms little finger-like tubules called hyphae that allow the fungal form of Candida to dig in deep in to tissues where it can cause tissue or organ damage. We see the same thing in molds that also have hyphae. This is why molds can also "dig in" to harder surfaces such as wallboard or cheese. Without these hyphae they would just sit on the surface and do very little damage. Keeping Candida in its yeast form will help prevent it from causing damage to the body. Our own bodies do this through the production of acids. In the stomach this would be hydrochloric acid. In the rest of the digestive system, the vagina, the sinus cavities and the skin the acids are formed from beneficial bacteria that produce acids such as lactic acid, acetic acid, and fatty acids. So the trick to dealing successfully with Candida is not killing off the Candida but rather controlling not only its excessive reproduction, but also preventing it from converting to its dangerous fungal form.

Yes, you can take the zinc and B vitamins with your other supplements. It is important though to watch your total daily intake of zinc. The reason I recommend a total of 50mg daily is because over 100mg daily will suppress the immune system after about a week. Most multi-vitamins and food contain very small amounts of zinc. So 50mg supplemental zinc is very likely going to keep the person with the 100mg daily limit even with most supplements and dietary intake. That is unless the person is taking massive doses of supplements. In that case I would count up all the zinc intake from supplemental sources.

B vitamins are pretty hard to overdose on. I have only seen one case of this in all the years I have worked in alternative medicine.

The herbs can also be taken in the same day. And I recommend that they be taken right before each meal to cut down on fermentation. The yucca root will also aid with building up the beneficial bacteria (flora) I mentioned.

I am not sure what you mean by bowel cleanse. Though I am against the use of any high anthraquinone containing laxatives. These are senna (the worse), cascara sagrada, rhubarb root, and cape aloe (aloe concentrate). These can cause a laxative dependence after a few weeks of use. Strong stimulant laxatives like these can also push foods through the intestines so fast that they can decrease nutrient absorption. Making sure you stay hydrated is the most important thing you can do for your intestines. Also keeping up the flora as decreased numbers can contribute to constipation. Fibers feed the flora and help to stimulate peristalsis properly. I don't care for psyllium because it can contribute to bloating as well. Rice bran and oat bran are better choices.
