Re: I get bloated after I eat! PLEASE HELP!!

What you are describing is fermentation due to yeast overgrowth in the stomach. This is common when the stomach acidity drops too much allowing the yeast to thrive. When you consume sugars they get fermented leading to a build up of carbon dioxide gas resulting in the bloating. Here is something I wrote yesterday on the subject:

The best way to deal with Candidiasis is to 1. Get your immune system back in check. And 2. since it sounds like you have a lot of fermentation in the stomach and intestines you should focus on getting your stomach acidity back up. Acid turns off the Candida growth gene and prevents it from becoming severely pathogenic. Digestive bitters, zinc (50mg daily with a very large meal, and B vitamins will go a long way to helping. Yucca root and juniper berry mixed together also work wonders as the yucca cuts down on the fermentation due to its surfactant properties and the juniper berry inhibits yeast and raises stomach acidity. Prebiotics will help restore the Lactobacillus intestinal flora that generate various acids that control Candida growth. These can be taken with the other herbs. Probiotics, especially kefir, will provide a lot of these Lactobacillus bacteria as well. It is best to make your own if possible and let it ferment as long as possible to get rid of the sugars in the kefir. And it is best taken away from the herbs or meals as many herbs and spices can kill the bacteria.
