I can't find the right post, as you suggested.
I have found some previous post with info like this:
"When you activate the solution you release some of the available chlorine dioxide as free chlorine dioxide. The MMS protocol calls for an unusual method of activation, but using that activation method you will get about 3 PPM free chlorine dioxide if you use 2 drops in 1 liter of water. In 500 ml that would be about 6 PPM free chlorine dioxide so you may want to drop back to 1 drop when diluting with 500 ml of water."
