Sara, thanks for the fast reply! I have been keeping Extra-Virgin Olive-Oil in my pantry which is most times well lit. That might be my problem. I never use it to cook with, but I am looking to use it as a dressing. If I used an evoo/vinegar dressing would it be half and half? I am not a big fan of lemons after a couple of master cleanses. In fact I can't hardly stomach looking at a lemon much less smelling or tasting one. Do you have any other ideas or recipes for some sort of oil based (maybe a tad lower in calories) dressings I could use. Mainly I am looking to stear clear of Sugar and dairy in my dressings. Oh and also, what made me think that the Extra-Virgin Olive-Oil had to be kept cold was a recipe I saw online some where. It said to put the dressing/vinegar mixture in the fridge and it should keep for a week. I had never heard of refrigerating Extra-Virgin Olive-Oil before so I was just curious. Thanks again!
