Does Extra-Virgin Olive-Oil need to be placed in the refrigerator after opening the bottle?
Also, can someone please post some simple olive oil/vinegar dressing recipes without Sugar and without too much fuss? Just something simple and healthy is what I am looking for.
One last thing, what is a good quality Extra-Virgin Olive-Oil that you can find in most health stores? I have just been buying whole foods brand, but it always seems to taste so rancid. Is that perhaps because I am storing it in the pantry rather than the fridge? Thanks in advance for any recipes/advice you might have!
