I AM feeling a little better,iosol still just a drop.....and if i neglect taking it,will "feel" the difference.
...was long overdue for basic bloodwork,just wanted that tsh level,so I went to the doctor this Friday.....LOL--
I TRULY am feeling so much better than before the iosol--
guy just called me this AM( Sunday ! no less,he is a nice doctor)to tell me it was 15 . I couldn't stop laughing as i'm wondering what was the level back when i could hardly mooooooooove.....of course the physician thought my response inappropriate,but you have to understand and most likely you DO--we make ourselves move,things are to get done/responsibilities and complaining never gets things done and "who" listens anyway ??? LOL

So, i will move up the levoxyl to .88mg tomorrow and simply keep going with the routine and get serious about the coconut oil ,brewers yeast,etc.

Hope you're feeling better and do not let this thyroid nonsense interfere with your outlook . There is a way and you will figure out what works for you.
