I have spent hours reading up on Iodine supplementation for thyroid and PCOS.

Iosol is 2mg but http://www.iodine4health.co
talks of 50 mg/day of Iodine (Lugol’s or Iodoral)??

Still confused about dosage...
I keep reading conflicting stories...
Don't know where to start...

What time do you all take it?

Any input appreciated...
