I have hasi's and everyone recommend's Lugol's Iodine however my healthfood store and research lead me to purchase Iosol.

i started with one drop the first night, the second morning I took another drop and started swelling as if I was retaining water. My thyroid is not swollen just my hand's, fingers, feet etc. and I can not find any information on why this may be happening.

Can you lead me to a possible answer? This is the only thing I have tried new in a while so I believe it is the iosol.

Any advice is welcome.
