Re: dysbiosis and anxiety

I can so relate to the repeated exposure to antiobiotics, the times of extreme stress, poor digestion including swift transit time and undigested food, the adrenal fatigue and the anxiety. I have read seratonin, a well being chemical is produced in the enteric nervous system, our second brain, the gut.

I have tried L-Glutamine and found little results. My question is do I need to do a deep clean of my guts since supplements and most anything fails to get me back to normal?

What I do notice is that I feel better if I completely CHANGE my diet, rather than doing what I always have done. However, fasting for the rest of my life is going to be difficult especially since, when I get back on my feet, I will have to work for a living.

One last thing I have recently looked into orthostatic hypotension in which on the CureZone site there is a link to mercury fillings.
