Getting HC, hydrocortisone for me wont be a problem then, i am actually in England, its where i live.

my doctor over here didnt know anything about it when i told her, but she was interested, and open to it. Said that getting the test would be a good idea.
So i think i will get some support from her, although she has no experience in this yet.

So what are the stages, how do you know what stage you are in, etc?

Incidentally, i took the test last week, but although still very unwell, feel better right now than i did a month ago. I think.
