Don't boil the milk, for christ's sake! If you're lucky enough to get raw goats milk, boiling only destroys most of its value, if not all. Even pasturization takes place at around 65 C (boils at 100 C), so at least it's not totaly destroyed when pasturized.

But raw it by far the best, for you and for the kefir grains-
