No pasteurized does not need boiling. We boil the raw milk to get rid of any bacteria. Some states have outlawed raw milk due to the people not understanding how to prepare it and some have gotten very sick.

This time of year, there is no goat's milk as the babies are not born yet so it is wierd that you can get fresh goat's milk. Hum, check the label to be sure it is legitimate.
