I'll look into those links in a minute.

You say you boil the milk before freezing?
My milk is pasteurized, as I cannot obtain raw goat's milk around here. Do you still have to boil it then? If so... You just bring it to a light boil and then let it cool? I don't want to damage the milk too much.
