might also try some gentle reflexology...(foot massge). You can find good charts online that show you all the posotions of the organs. The main point would be to be very gentle, and make sure you do noth feet. Sit with one leg crossed , and then switch legs/feet.

Starting with all the toes, gently rolling them between your palms and separtating htem, usually brings some relief.

let me see it I can find a nice image. At any rate, the liver and whole digestive tract can be easily located...it might help.

personally, I'd do this after, or just before a nice bath, in order to keep symptoms soothed.

Mainly, you know, just try to rest. And get fresh air as much as you can. We do tend to contract inward and hold our breath when there's discomfort, and that only compunds the problem(S). Try to practice just breathing "through" the
discomfort.
