Sacristia,
massage is fine and beneficial with fasting, which stimulates the peripheral circulation within the skin.
Gentle but deep strokes are the "norm" as if gently kneading the dough in the making of bread.

However, "forcing measures" such as the enema are not to be recommended, as they can be enervating for many, and even painful in some cases.
Your bowels will move in the fullness of time, when your body is ready to do so, and usually after the breaking of your fast within a few days of doing so.
