Re: What Enzyme product do you recommend?

I like CandaiZyme, 8 capsules at a time. which works well but is 50 bucks for 90 caps/bottle, I know people who swear by a product called Vitalzyme? Also Candiease works, but 60 bucks is a bottle.
To get at the gunk in the vertical passages coming down from your sinuses, you can let the capsules melt in the back of your mouth, and you can feel the gunk turn loose.
I also like Super Papaya Enzyme Plus, which is mint flavored, chewable, and has mannitol in it too and is only about 20 bucks for 360 tablets. Since the bad bugs kick the cells to make them inflame and present mannose on the surface so that they can attach to it, I think the mannitol confuses them. You can chew or melt 8 tabs at a time and still not go broke at an accelerated pace.

I have made nasal spray using 1/4 teaspoon unseasoned adolph' meat tenderizer, to half an ounce of water, half an ounce of 3% peroxide, and half an ounce of afrin type nasal spray and 10mm of good old yellow mustard. (Mustard and the mustard plant, preticularly the garlc mustard plant have antifungal compounds in them.) You can buy the ingredients dead cheap at Sam's club. Leave it in for 10 minutes or so and then wash it out with saline. Be careful, as adolph's can strip paint if you use too much in your solution. You can also gargle with aldoph's in water. Be prepared to gag when the gunk releases from around your soft pallet.
