Oil-Pulling is not a mouthwash. You would swish sunflower or sesame oil in the mouth for 10 to 20 minutes until the oil gets thin then you spit it out. It pulls toxins out of the body, especially the head area. It would at least help your wife get a clear nose. Listerine would only put more toxins in the body elch! Not to mention the nasty taste!
